Just remember the double digit mortgage rates of years ago....
these rates are still reasonable although much higher than last year. Inflation and the FED's attampts to lower that rise has resulted in higher mortgage rates.

And... There are also cash buyers for properties!
Home Prices are now at a decent level
- and non-cash, qualified buyers can get a decent rate.
